EduFund Onboarding Process

Step 1- Personalize Your Kids Card

• Click on "Next"- Start the onboarding process by moving to the next step.

• Click on "Personalize My Kids Card" - Initiate the customization process for your child’s card to make it unique.

• Upload or Take a Picture- Add a personal photo to the card for a personalized touch. Ensure the image is clear and appropriate for use.

• Review and Confirm- Double-check the uploaded picture and card details before proceeding.

• Click on "Next"- Save your customization and proceed to account creation.

Step 2- Create Your Account

• Enter Your Personal Information- Fill in all required fields, including-
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

• Set Up a Secure Password- Create a strong password that meets security guidelines (e.g., 8+ characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).

• Click on "Create Account"- Submit your details to create the account.

• Confirmation Email- Check your inbox for a confirmation email to finalize account registration.

Step 3- Begin Onboarding

• Click on "Start"- Begin the onboarding process to activate and secure your account.

• Verify Your Email-
  • Open the verification email.
  • Click the verification link to confirm your email address.
• Verify Your Phone Number-
  • Receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your registered mobile number.
  • Enter the OTP on the platform to verify your phone number.

Step 4- Link Your Bank Account

• Click on "Continue"- Start the process of linking your bank account securely.

• Select Your Bank- Choose your bank from the provided list of supported institutions.

• Click on "Continue"- Proceed to the login interface for your bank.

• Enter Your Credentials- Input your bank login credentials securely. Ensure accuracy to avoid errors.

• Two-Factor Authentication (if applicable)- Complete any additional security steps required by your bank (e.g., OTP, security questions).

• Click on "Continue"- Submit your details to move forward.

• Select the Account to Link- Choose the specific bank account you want to link to EduFund.

• Click on "Continue"- Confirm your selection and finalize the linking process.

Step 5- Verify Your Identity

• Select a Verification Method- Choose from options such as-
  • Uploading identification documents.

• Click on "Continue"- Proceed to the verification step.

• Enter Your Address- Provide complete and accurate address details, including-
  • Street Address
  • City
  • State
  • Postal Code

• Fill in Required Information- Complete any additional personal details requested.

• Verify Your ID- Upload clear images of your ID documents, such as-
  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • National ID Card

• Review and Submit- Ensure all uploaded documents are legible and meet the platform’s requirements.

• Click on "Continue"- Submit your identity verification for review.

Step 6- Review and Dashboard Access

• Documents Under Review- Wait for the system to review your submitted documents. This process may take a few minutes.

• Click on "Explore"- Once your documents are verified, access the EduFund dashboard to explore its features.

Step 7- Create a Demand Deposit Account

• Click on "Create Demand Deposit Account"- Begin setting up a dedicated savings account for your child.

• Fill in the Required Information- Enter details such as-
  • Account Holder’s Name
  • Child’s Name
  • Child’s Date of Birth
  • Account Type

• Set Preferences- Choose account preferences, including savings goals and notification settings.

• Click on "Submit"- Finalize the creation of your demand deposit account.

Step 8- Personalize Your Kid’s Card

• Select Card Options- Choose design, features, and add-ons for your child’s card.
• Review and Confirm- Double-check the card details for accuracy.
• Finalize Card Setup- Submit your preferences to complete the card personalization.

Step 9- Start Crowdfunding

• Activate Crowdfunding Features- Enable the platform’s crowdfunding tools for your child’s education.

• Set Up a Campaign-
  • Define your fundraising goal.
  • Write a compelling story or message to potential contributors.
  • Share the campaign via social media or email.

• Monitor Progress- Use the dashboard to track contributions and manage your campaign effectively.

Step 10- Congratulations

• Account Successfully Created- You have completed the EduFund onboarding process.

• Access Features- Start using EduFund to save for your child’s future, manage finances, and crowdfund for their education.

• Celebrate Progress- Explore the dashboard and tools to achieve your goals with confidence.
